The Solar Energy Industries Association’s (SEIA) plan would see US anti-dumping and anti-subsidy tariffs on Chinese imports phased out in return for a package of concessions from China.
They include an end to Beijing’s trade measures against imports of US polysilicon into China.
Chinese firms would also create a fund that would “benefit US solar manufacturers directly and help to grow the US market.
