Subsidiary SMACanada will provide 130 Sunny Central inverters to the Grand Renewable Solarplant in Ontario.

The inverters willbe delivered from early 2014.

Following itscompletion, due in 2015, SMA will also handle operations at the plant for 10 years on behalfof Samsung-owned project company Grand Renewable Solar.

Theproject will utilise 440,000 modules supplied by Canadian Solar, which is alsoproviding EPC services.

Samsung Renewable Energy is developing the project as part of a2010 framework agreement with the Ontario government that has since beenrevised downward to include 300MW of solar capacity.
