The US solar industry continued its trend of powerful job growth last year, adding more than 35,000 jobs in the 12 months to November 2015, The Solar Foundation says in its annual National Solar Jobs Census.
The 20.2% expansion in US solar jobs last year compares to 1.7% growth in the national employment rate. One out of every 83 jobs created in the US in 2015 was in the solar industry, the report says.
