Net income a year earlier was $39.4m, or 26 cents per share. “It was a great quarter for the company,” chief executive Tom Werner said on a conference call.
For 2015, SunPower had net income of $337.8m, or $2.17 per share, compared with $205.1m, or $1.33, in 2014. Full-year revenue was unchanged at $2.61bn. Gross margin was 23.9% versus 19.6% a year earlier.
