The framework agreement also includes plans to collaborate on the development of commercial arrays and utility-scale projects throughout Fujian province. 

The two sides plan to start with a rooftop installation in the city of Xiamen, followed by projects at transportation hubs, convention centres and other public facilities.

Clenergy, a Chinese-Australian venture based in Xiamen, says it is determined to play a leading role in the development of distributed PV projects, a key Chinese government priority.
