The German industrial conglomerate expects to close the deal as early as this week, a Bosch Solar official told Recharge.
Sillia wants to keep at least 128 of the factory's current 240 workers, Bosch said.
Bosch last year announced its exit from PV production after accumulating large losses.
Earlier this year, Bosch revealed that it was ceding its cell and module factory in Arnstadt, Germany, to German PV group SolarWorld.
