Under the agreement, signed through its Chinese subsidiary LDK Solar Hi-Tech, shipments will commence later this month.
The company provided 63MW of modules to Energy Absolute's project in Nakornsawan, Thailand, last year.
LDK, based in China's Jiangxi province, is currently in provisional liquidation in the Cayman Islands to restructure roughly $2.5bn of debt while its liquidators are challenging a decision to halt trading of its shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
