The Sunningdale project is located near the City of London. It will provide electricity to the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) for the next 20 years through feed-in-tariff agreements and power about 1,200 homes.

In March, Toronto-based Fengate Capital Management announced the financial close of an investment in the project, which it has now acquired after start of commercial operation.
