The complex of 35 utility-scale arrays, under construction since 2010 in northeastern Thailand’s Surin province, is one of the largest in Southeast Asia and is now all connected to the grid, said Kyocera.
SPCG chose Kyocera in 2007 to supply the 1.1 million modules for all the sites, which were planned following the launch of Thailand’s feed-in tariff system for renewables.
