He did not identify the source of financing or provide additional information.
The company, based in Houston, offers homeowners solar energy via leases or power purchase agreements.
Sunnova last month announced expansion into the US Virgin Islands and that Enphase Energy will be its exclusive inverter supplier in the Caribbean Region.
