Vivint files IPO registration document
Vivint Inc. today filed a registration statement for a proposed initial public offering for its solar business with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and made a preliminary prospectus available to investors.
The company and its lead book-running mangers Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) have not determined the size of the share offering and the price range.
Vivint Solar intends to apply to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "VSLR."
