The full provisional tariffs that China’s major PV exporters could face from 6 August have been made public in the EU’s Official Journal.

Suntech, the former market-leader that is currently battling to regain financial stability, faces 48.6%.
Other big-hitters singled out include JA Solar (58.7%),
