“From our point of view, the auction was quite successful,”Usachev said.
Avelar Energy – a unit of Russian investment groupRenova – won most of the solar bids, Usachev said.
The projects are scheduled for construction from 2014 to1017.
Usachev added that a new tender for the 2015 to 2018period is due to be held in June 2014.
