A Hyundai spokesperson declined to reveal the PV panel supplier, telling Recharge only that the 40,000 modules were provided by a Korean manufacturer.
The installation, initially announced last May and spanning roughly 213,000 square metres of rooftop space, will generate 11.5 million kWh of electricity per year.
Hyundai will sell the electricity to utility Kepco.
