The project, in Fairfield Township, would use 55,000 YGE-235 multicrystalline modules with up to 15% module efficiency.

Quanta Renewable Energy Services and The Ryan Company are building the project, which is one of the largest in the Eastern US.

Macquarie Energy, the North American energy trading and marketing business of the Australian financial giant Macquarie Group, is providing construction financing and term debt and for the New Jersey Oak Solar project and has also committed to buy its output – both electricity and renewable energy credits, under a long-term contract.
