Martifer Solar will provide technical support and procure equipment for Louroux Bio-Energies, part of the Inspira Infrastructure group, for the project in Rajkot, which will be completed by the end of 2011.
The company's chief executive Henrique Rodrigues says the deal strengthens its relationship with Mumbai-based Louroux and he expects further cooperation between them.
Martifer has installed 130MW of PV worldwide.
