A group of  politicians has called on the European Commission to end the minimum import price (MIP), anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties on solar panels and modules from China.

The 22 Members of the European Parliament (MEPs), including the vice-chairs of the International Trade Committee and the Energy Committee, are urging Brussels to remove the measures "to achieve alignment" with the ambition of the European Union's climate change objectives, as well as to benefit the European solar industry and consumers in  EU-28 countries.
