A unit of Conergy has agreed to build a 25.8MW solar plant in northern Japan, in cooperation with Thailand’s Global Power Synergy (GPSC). Group subsidiary Conergy Japan will handle EPC duties for the project, which is its largest in the country to date, according to an emailed statement. The array in Ichinoseki, Iwate prefecture, will be completed by the end of 2017, after which Conergy Japan will provide O&M services.
