The arrays are largely in the southwest of England and include Scotland's biggest solar farm, the 13MW Errol Estate.
London-based Cubico now owns 29 renewables plants in eight countries, with a total capacity of 1.9GW.
David Swindin, Cubico's head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, says the UK is now the company's second-largest market.
BSR will stay on as O&M provider at the ten solar farms.
