EPA moves to regulate US greenhouse gas emissions
The Environmental Protection Agency on Monday said it will regulate greenhouse gases under decades-old legislation. President Obama hopes the move will persuade other countries in Copenhagen that he is serious about climate change even without support from the US Congress.
