US details framework for offshore renewable energy
The Obama administration has finalised a long-awaited framework for renewable-energy production on the US Outer Continental Shelf (OCS), a move that Interior Secretary Ken Salazar calls a “bold step towards opening America’s oceans, and new energy frontier".
