RWE Innogy increases stake in Spanish wind farm operator

RWE Innogy’s Spanish subsidiary, RWE Innogy Aersa, has bought a 47% stake in Spanish wind farm operator Explotaciones Eólicas de Aldehuelas (EEA), increasing its overall share in the company to 95%.
