Morgan Stanley was the sole lead arranger for the financing package that includes a $290m construction loan and a $20m, 5-year letter of credit facility.
The construction loan is structured to be repaid by a tax equity investment when the project becomes fully operational in November.
Atlantic says with this closing it is committed to investing $180m of equity following the funding of construction financing.
