terms

the
memorandum
of
understanding
(MoU),
the
government-owned
OUC
will
secure
full
funding
for
EWP's
first
commercial
scale
project,
while
carrying
out
related
R&D
works
at
its
facilities
in
the
coastal
city
of
Qingdao.

is
