have
been
refining
Bluetec
as
a
moored,
wave-riding
mini-hub
capable
of
operating
four
tidal
turbines
of
any
design
in
all
water
depths.
JDR
will
bring
its
knowledge
of
intrafield
cable
layout
and
power-line
designs
to
the
venture.
