will
have
the
option
to
lease
one
of
the
sites
–
located
at
Portland,
Warrnambool
and
Phillip
Island
–
with
a
view
to
setting
up
a
commercial
demonstration
of
its
Ceto
wave
energy
devices.

are
pleased
to
have
progressed
our
consents
to
licences
and
now
have
a
clear
pathway
to
lease
an
area
of
seabed
for
a
commercial
project,”

Ceto
system
is
made
up
of
an
array
of
submerged
buoys

to
seabed
pumping
