company
eleven
years
ago
–
is
replaced
by
David
King,
who
joined
Suntech
last
year
as
chief
financial
officer
(CFO).
King
arrived
from
US
engineering
consultants
Tetra
Tech,
where
he
was
CFO,
and
previously
held
finance
posts
at
Walt
Disney
Imagineering
and
Bechtel.
Shi
will
continue
as
executive
chairman
and
take
on
the
role
of
chief
strategy
officer.

solar
industry
is
at
a
critical
juncture
and
is
facing
both
significant
challenges
and
exciting
opportunities,”

Shi.
