venture
will
be
active
in
conventional
and
renewable
power
generation
and
operate
in
Brazil
and
Chile.
E.ON
says
some
financial
and
legal
steps
still
have
to
be
carried
out,
but
it
expects
all
necessary
steps
to
form
the
joint
venture
to
be
finalised
by
June
and
the
deal
to
be
completed
in
July.

knowledge
of
the
Brazilian
market
and
have
14GW
of
projects
already
licensed,
of
which
11GW
will
go
into
the
joint
venture,”
