Scotland
as
a
world
leader
in
renewables,
and
praised
First
Minister
Alex
Salmond’s
“inspiring
leadership”
as
his
government
aims
for
100%
renewable
energy
by
2020.
Gore
says
Scotland
has
unique
opportunities,
although
it
is
at
an
early
stage
of
developing
a
“globally
significant”
share
of
the
world’s
offshore
wind-,
wave-
and
tidal-energy
resources.
