Richterich’s
departure
after

years

board.
Nordex
says
preparations
for
appointment
of
a
new
chief
executive
are
already
underway
to
ensure
a
“smooth
transition"
to
his
successor.

remaining
months
of
his

will
be
working
on
important

at
