bill
allows
electricity
generators
to
utilize
energy
efficiency
in
order
to
meet
the
goal.
To
maximize
development
of
Oklahoma’s
cleaner
burning
natural
gas,
the
bill
also
sets
a
natural
gas
energy
standard,
declaring
it
to
be
the
preferred
fuel
for
electricity
generation.
The
state
is
partly
dependant
on
coal
for
power.

and
enhances
Oklahoma’s
economic
development
