Schalkwyk,

environment

tourism
ministry

department
was
split
in
May
2009.
Zuma
says
van
Schalkwyk
has
gained
respect
for
his
work
bridging
the
developing-developed
country
divide,

catapulting
South
Africa
into
a
position
of
global
leadership
on
the
climate
issue.
