TFG Radiant has agreed to buy the 21% of the US PV group currently owned by Norway’s Norsk Hydro Produksjon.
TFG Radiant – a joint venture of Singaporean private-equity firm Tertius Financial Group and Chinese construction and real-estate conglomerate Radiant – will spend $4m on the shares, which will bring its stake in Ascent to about 41%.
