“We do not need final agreement on all the issues, but we do need progress on all the fronts,” says UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, speaking to the dozens upon dozens of nations, NGOs and media gathered on Tuesday as climate change negotiations move into final days before concluding on Friday.
“We cannot allow the ongoing nature of these complex negotiations run us into any type of complacency,” says Ban.
