Innotech joy in French PV tender

More than 30 solar projects with a combined capacity of 7.3MW using modules of the Scandinavian-German firm Innotech Solar have been approved by the French environment ministry in the first round of its PV tender – out of a total of 40.3MW.

“This amounts to almost 20% of the entire output capacity in this tendering round. For us, this is clear proof that our “Greener than Green” company philosophy pays dividends in France as well,” says Emanuele Paese, head of sales & marketing Europe at Innotech Solar.

Overall, solar projects with a cumulative capacity of 40.3MW were awarded contracts.

Innotech claims that through a particularly eco-friendly production process, its PV modules have a carbon footprint that is about half of that of conventional products.
