Trina Solar sells 42MW of solar modules to Germany

The photovoltaic-module manufacturer, based in Changzhou, China, on Monday said the deals included 12MW of photovoltaic modules to Bull Solar GmbH. The other customers were not identified.

The sales agreements, which were signed in the first quarter of this year, reflect continued demand for Trina Solar's products from established customers in Germany and their commitment to new solar projects despite uncertain economic conditions, says Trina officials.

"We are pleased to see continued demand growth from traditional markets such as Germany," says Arturo Herrero, Trina Solar's vice president of sales and marketing.
