Nordsee Ost is currently being erected some 30 kilometres north of Helgoland.

The service station is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2014. It will cover an area of around 3,000 sq m in the southern port of the island, with a two-storey building encompassing a warehouse, offices and a workshop to be built alongside external storage areas.
