Ersa,

negotiating
for
two
other
wind
projects
that
were
allocated
deals
in
the
2010
renewables
tender.
Siemens
is
also
talking
to
developers
about
selling
wind-energy
supply
contracts
into
the
unregulated
market,
the
next
frontier
for
Brazilian
wind
power-purchase
agreements.
Although
the
Brazilian
market
is
booming,
and
a
turbine
factory
remains
in
its
plans,
Siemens
has
chosen
to
focus
on
building
a
supply
chain
that
outsources
its
technology
to
local
