According to Aneel, the wind farms are now connected to the national grid after federal power company Chesf concluded construction work and linked-up the João Camara II substation on February 28.
The plants had been standing idle since 2012 because of a lack of grid connection.
CPFL Renováveis controls the Santa Clara complex, made up of six stages and 90 2MW turbines with a total capacity of 180MW, and the 8MW Eurus VI wind farm.
