“We need political tail wind from Berlin for the further build-up of the offshore wind energy. Ports and shipyards in Germany would also profit from that,” says Andreas Wagner, the managing director of the foundation, when presenting the study in Berlin today.
“More planning security leads to more investments, more value creation and lowers costs,” he adds.
His comments appear to come close to criticising the energy policy of the government in Berlin that has actually sponsored the study.
