“The confirmation of the forecast was based on a project pipeline in thethree-digit MWp range for 2013 and 2014, according to which contractnegotiations for a significant volume are already at an advanced stage with aninternational energy operator,” the Freiburg-based company said in an ad-hocnotification to stock markets.

“However, the projects planned for 2013 have been further delayed to suchan extent that the communicated installation and sales volume, and thus theearnings target, can no longer be achieved within the remaining time to the endof the year.”

SAG now expects that the installation target will fall significantlybelow the previous 2013 target, and that its earnings before interest and taxes(Ebit) will be negative.
