The Nordex Group has received a 99MW order in the rapidly growing Argentine market from AES Argentina Generación, a subsidiary of the energy provider AES Corporation.
The German-Spanish wind OEM is slated to deliver 30 of its Acciona Windpower brand AW132/3300 turbines for the Energética wind farm in the province of Buenos Aires near Bahia Blanca.
The location is characterised by average wind speeds above 10 metres per second.
