Earlier this spring, I was invited to the United Nations in New York to speak on the topic Climate Change and the UN Sustainable Development Agenda.
I was pleased to accept this invitation, largely because the UN and its various agencies have long been at the forefront of global efforts to combat the harmful effects of climate change. This leadership from the UN is not new.
