offshore
wind
project.
It
sits
in
a
quiet
spot
at
the
mouth
of
the
Yangtze
River,

few
hours’
drive
north
of
Shanghai,
in
a
county
better
known
for
its
aquaculture
than
a
high-tech
industry.
Yet
the
project
hosts
equipment
from
virtually
all
of
China’s
top
turbine
manufacturers
—
Goldwind,
Ming
Yang,
Shanghai
Electric,
Sinovel,
CSIC,
United
Power,
Sany
and
Dongfang
Electric.
It
also
has
21
of
Siemens’
2.38MW
turbines.
