The
wind
sector
faces
the
additional
challenge
of
stagnating
energy
demand
in
the
developed
economies
and
irresolute
regulatory
and
policy
frameworks
in
most
others.
So,
does
this
mean
that
the
winds
are
not
resilient
enough?
Of
course
they
are.
The
struggles
are
only
short-term.
I
am
of
the
firm
view
that
we
will
overcome
these
—
seemingly
insurmountable
—
challenges
very
soon.
The
change
will
be
brought
about
by
essential
levers
that
have
already
been
spurred
into
action.
The
first,
and
most
important,
is
the
cost
of
energy.
