The
global
economy
still
struggles
to
keep
its
head
above
water,
and
financial
uncertainties
plague
every
industry.
The
wind
sector
faces
the
additional
challenge
of
stagnating
energy
demand
in
the
developed
economies
and
irresolute
regulatory
and
policy
frameworks
in
most
others.
So,
does
this
mean
that
the
winds
are
not
resilient
enough?
Of
course
they
are.
The
struggles
are
only
short-term.
I
am
of
the
firm
view
that
we
will
overcome
these
—
seemingly
insurmountable
—
challenges
very
soon.
