Pilot project can go ahead after developer gets environmental green light

FORT WORTH: New Jersey regulators have issued environmental permits that will allow developer Fishermen's Energy to build the first US offshore wind demonstration project, in state waters facing Atlantic City. "This is huge. We are very, very close to starting the project," Fishermen's Energy communications director Rhonda Jackson tells Recharge.
