Korea's
Doosan
aims
to
become
a
top-four
offshore
wind
turbine
maker
globally
by
2020,
after
launching
a
6MW
model
on
to
the
market
in
2015,
the
company
tells

Doosan
Power
Systems
(DPS),
a
unit
of
the
Korean
conglomerate,
revealed
plans
this
week
to
spend
£170m
($278m)
building
an
offshore
wind
research
centre
at
its
existing
hub
in
Glasgow,
Scotland,
with
a
turbine
factory
likely
to
follow.
The
centre
will
create
200
jobs.
