will
provide
technical
assistance
and
other
expertise
to
move
promising
development-stage
projects
towards
financing.
The
Colorado
Governor's
Energy
Office
(GEO)
is
launching
its
Renewable
Energy
Development
Team
(REDT),
with
a
goal
of
assisting
more
than
200
projects
with
up
to
120
hours
of
technical
help,
although
it
will
not
directly
provide
funding.Biomass,
small
hydro,
solar,
geothermal
and
wind
projects,
with
nameplate
capacities
of
30MW
or
less,
are
eligible..
The
REDT,
funded
with
federal
economic
stimulus
money,
includes
GEO
staff
and
outside
