In Minnesota, Xcel operating unit Northern States Power has closed a deal with developer enXco to buy the planned 201MW Nobles wind farm in the southwest of the state.
Xcel seals deals in two states
A pair of transactions will add 453 megawatts (MW) of capacity to the portfolio of Xcel Energy, the top utility wind-power purchaser in the US.
